When life throws you some real challenges it is important to be able to find your inner strength and remain true to yourself. And life can be extremely challenging sometimes. Poor nutrition, lack of exercise, toxic environments (including relationships), irregular sleep patterns can all contribute to chronic stress (which often goes undiagnosed) and have a devastating effect on our health and wellbeing.

We see and hear things every day (particularly on social media) telling us that all we need to do is be strong, or change the way we are doing things but breaking out of old habits, changing the way we do things or even starting over anew, is not an easy thing to do. Finding your way and discovering your true potential in life takes courage and insight and the decision to take action.
